It is a pun on the below poem of Miley Cyrus in some movie,

Caterpillar in the tree,

When you are 25, or the surrounding 25s - the quarter life (assuming we all live to a 100 years) seems like you have gained access to an 'all you can eat' buffet. And that you have been given a chance to sample all the dishes to decide what your main course is gonna be. So try all the dishes and choose wisely; lest, your stomach gets upset.
